Nothing is hidden and nothing is invented. Here is every stage between your first recording and the hardcover arriving at your door — and exactly who does each part.
The seven stages
1. Transcription

2. Thought-gathering

3. First draft
AISame dayEach chapter is written as a flowing first-person narrative in your own voice and vocabulary. Filler words and repetition are removed; nothing is invented or embellished.
4. Your review
YouAs long as you likeEvery page can be read back to you aloud. Say what is wrong and the AI corrects it immediately — a wrong date, a misheard name, a story you would rather leave out.
5. Human editorial pass
Human editor5–7 working daysA real editor reads the full manuscript: verifying names and dates against your notes, smoothing chapter transitions, removing duplicated stories, and applying consistent house style. Included on Family Heirloom and Legacy Concierge.
6. Proof approval
YouYou decideYou receive a large-print digital proof of the finished book. Nothing goes to the printer until you approve it.
7. Print & delivery
Human editor7–14 days after approvalYour hardcover is printed, bound and shipped, with tracking emailed at every step. Digital PDF, EPUB and Word copies are unlocked immediately.

The human editorial pass is included on Family Heirloom and Legacy Concierge. On the other plans the AI draft and your own spoken corrections carry the book to print.
Your privacy
- Recordings and drafts are encrypted and visible only to you and the people you invite.
- Your stories are never sold, shared, or used to train public AI models.
- You own the copyright to every word and every recording, forever.
- Books are printed privately for your family — nothing is published publicly unless you ask.
- You can delete a chapter, a recording, or your whole book at any time, with an undo window first.
